We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Operations Manager to lead and oversee field operations for a team of technicians and apprentices at an established electrical company. This role focuses on ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery by spending a significant portion of time (80% or more) directly engaging with the team onsite to provide hands-on supervision, skills training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Focus:
- Lead field operations by actively working alongside team members, providing instruction, troubleshooting, and mentorship to develop technical proficiency and service excellence.
- Conduct regular performance assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement training sessions to build skill levels and service capabilities among field staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices across all project sites.
Skill Set:
- Must hold a current and valid Master Electrician certification issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory role within the electrical services industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
